In Memory of Jessica Virola: Support Her Loved Ones

On April 27th, Jessica Virola peacefully, but unexpectedly passed away after a courageous battle with breast cancer. Just a week before her passing, she was excitedly planning to surprise her students by returning to the classroom to complete the school year. She leaves behind a loving family and a huge community of friends who loved her dearly, whose lives she touched in many ways. She leaves behind her husband and two young children, ages 8 and 5, whose lives have been forever changed.

Our beloved Jessica, though physically absent, lives on in our hearts forever. Her radiant smile illuminated every room she entered, infusing it with love and energy. Her presence was a true gift, bringing joy to everyone she encountered.

Jessica wore many hats throughout her life. She was a strong and compassionate woman, a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, cousin, daughter, teacher, and friend.

Her unwavering dedication to her family was evident in her love for her children, Aria Sol, 8, and Andres, 5. They were her entire world, and Jessica and Aaron worked tirelessly to ensure they were well-rounded, respectful, and kind individuals who experienced the world’s wonders.

Jessica’s passion for education shone through in her classroom. She greeted each student with a warm smile that made learning an unforgettable experience. Her gift of teaching English to many students was truly remarkable. She firmly believed that social interaction was crucial for a child’s well-being. When you walked past her class, you were greeted with a vibrant atmosphere of culture, love, laughter, and fun. Jessica made learning enjoyable, and her former graduates often returned to express their love and appreciation for the lasting memories she had created.

Our hope is that this campaign will remove, or at least lessen the impact of this financial burden and to support the children’s future. Thank you for your love, generosity, and support.
