Jeff Jones (1972-2026), beloved son, friend, partner, father, and grandfather, passed away on February 6, 2026, at the young age of 53. He is survived by Sarah Simpson, his long-term partner, their two-year-old daughter, seven adult children, eight grandchildren, his father Michael and his mother Sherry. Jeff maintained his sobriety for over a decade and had helped countless others in their struggle with substance abuse.

Jeff was beloved by all who knew him. He had a big personality and an even bigger heart. His passion for life, laughter and softball was felt by all. He did not have friends because he viewed anyone close enough to call a friend as his family, whether that be through work, softball, or recovery. Jeff was known to offer any and all help to anyone who needed it, whether that was emotional support, fixing something broken at your house, or giving you a second chance and a hand up.

Jeff and Sarah, aside from raising their own children, have also been taking care of some of their young grandchildren. The loss of Jeff, on top of the emotional burden to the family, has left a financial need in their lives. This fundraiser is an opportunity to give back to the family of a man who was always willing to give to anyone who needed it. All funds will go to help Sarah and Lacy through this devastating and trying time.
