Due to the untimely death of Jacob-Bryan Polo Hayes, his family is still in shock and are struggling to cope. Many have reached out asking how you can help. This fundraiser has been started as a way to help.

The funds will go towards any remaining medical bills, funeral expenses, legal fees, etc.

This is a very trying time in the economy right now, and any donation amount is truly appreciated. If you are not able to donate at this time, but would like to leave a heartfelt message for the family; please do so.

Please share this page with your friends and family.

Thank you so much,
The Steakle Family and Amber Bothne.
