I share the deep sorrow of our dear cousins Riya, Faiza, Nasteha, Abshir, Ahmed and Aden’s mother, Fadumo Mohamed Jamac Passing. Our sweet aunty has returned to our creator Allah SWT.

She was a devoted wife, loving mother to six beautiful children, and a caring stepmother to twelve. She was not only a pillar of strength for our family but also a source of light, kindness, and unwavering faith for everyone who knew her.

My aunty was known for her gentle heart, her compassion toward others, and her sincere devotion to Allah (SWT).

She lived her life in service to her family, her community, and her faith. Her absence leaves a void that can never be filled, but her legacy of love, generosity, and devotion continues to inspire us all.

To honour her memory and continue her good deeds, we have created this GoFundMe campaign to build a masjid (mosque) and a water well in her home country Somalia. This project will serve as Sadaqah Jariyah (a continuous charity) , and a lasting source of blessings and reward for her in the hereafter.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said:


“When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three:


Sadaqah Jariyah (a continuous charity), knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him (for the deceased).”

Every dollar will help build something that continues to benefit others in her name , providing a place of worship and clean water for those in need.
