On August 6, 2025, Eric Miller - a devoted father and a cherished part of Megan Buskirk and Eloise’s life - passed away suddenly. Eric and Megan considered each other family and shared in raising their one-year-old daughter, Eloise. They spent time together regularly, supporting and caring for her as a team. Meg now has to navigate the realities of single parenthood while still devastated by this this profound and unchangeable loss.

Eric was Eloise’s sole provider and a steady presence in both her and Megan’s lives. Losing him has left them heartbroken and facing an uncertain future. As Megan continues caring for Eloise alone, she now faces the challenge of covering living expenses until she can secure employment. Eric did not have a will or life insurance.
