In Memory of Elijah: Support for His Family

Hello, my name is Dajhanae. I really appreciate you taking your time to read my story. Elijah and I share a 2-year-old daughter. My family and I are heartbroken about the incident that took place on Monday night.

On the night of Labor Day, my husband Elijah suffered a gunshot wound to the head. He was transferred to the trauma unit where he was then placed in a sedated coma while doctors ran tests to decide his fate. Elijah spent 4 days in the ICU fighting for his life. On September 6th at 10:11 am, Elijah took his last breath. The family is so blindsided by this tragic incident.

The funds that are being donated today are going towards Elijah’s burial services. We really appreciate any help that people are willing to provide.
