In Memory of Delia Catherine Van

On July 6th, 2019, Delia Catherine Van was born into the arms of Jesus at 38 weeks and 6 days after suffering from what is known as a cord accident. She was due on July 14th- the last day of Camp Sunshine. Camp Sunshine is a week long camp that takes place every July for mentally and physically handicapped children and adults. Activities at Camp include swimming, art and crafts, horseback riding, boat rides, and more. Currently, there is no “good” way to transfer campers on and off of the boat.

It is our wish to make this process easier, through the gift of a handicapped accessible dock given in Delia’s memory. Whatever proceeds are raised, will go to help Camp Sunshine in some way. We will gladly write a receipt for anyone wishing to make a tax deductible donation.

We appreciate your support in honoring the memory of our precious baby. It is our dream that Delia’s short life will impact the lives of many others, and that we can celebrate her every July at the place that brings us (and SO MANY) so much joy.
