In Memory of Dave Meyer

Dave Meyer passed away suddenly this past week and left behind his beautiful wife Christina and beloved children, Hannah and Jesse. Dave was a fixture here in Commack on the playing fields and basketball courts. He spent many years coaching all of  our children in Commack and every single one of them loved playing for him. Dave was full of life and passion and it showed throughout the community. We are all better people just knowing him. He was always the life of the party and he truly believed that we needed to take time to enjoy life. He loved being around all of our children on the fields, laughing with them, teaching them about sports but also about life. Now it is our time as a community to show the Meyer family our love for them and for Dave. Dave touched many lives here in Commack and now it's time we repay the favor. Please help honor Dave's legacy and let him know how lucky we were that he touched our lives.
