In memory of Daniel Cooke

My name is Alissa and I’m setting this go fund me up for my baby sister and her 3 kids. I will do anything for them. On February 10, 2023 my sister lost her husband, her best friend. It was an ordinary morning. He kissed her forehead just before leaving to the gym and said “I love you, I’ll be back to take the kids to school with you” as he did every morning. She got the call that Dan had been rushed to the hospital while working out at the gym and that he was no longer with us. This was so devastating. Her world turned upside down in the matter of seconds. He had left 3 beautiful kids. This family has been through so much the last year and a half. Ava is only 8 years old and the twins are teenagers. They need all the help that they can get. As you know, last year their son Brandon also had a tragic football accident and suffered a TBI (traumatic brain injury) thankfully he is still recovering from that but doing incredible. These kids are completely devastated. Their dad was their hero. He has been there for all of them since day 1. He was my sisters primary support and he is now gone. Any little bit helps. Right now they don’t even know where to start. Dan was loved by so many. My brother in law was the best dad. He gave his whole life to his family. Ava misses him so much. The boys miss him so much. My sister is heartbroken. We all miss him so much. Kristian and Brandon will be graduating soon. Ava will be 9 years old in a couple of months. He will never get to walk her down the idle. They had so many plans. Please. Any little bit helps. This family has been through so much already.
