Conor Farrelly Memorial Day 2025
We are back again this year to honour the memory of our beloved Conor Farrelly and to raise vital funds for two causes close to our hearts: St. Teresa’s Ward in Beaumont Hospital and the Bone Marrow for Leukaemia Trust (BMLT).
Save the Date
Saturday, August 2nd, 2025
Craobh Chiaráin GAA Club
Bring your family and friends for a day filled with football, fun, and community spirit.
On May 23rd, 2023, Conor Farrelly, passed away at just 25 years of age, after a courageous 19-month battle with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL).
In his memory, this football tournament has grown into something truly special — a celebration of Conor’s life and a community coming together to support those facing similar battles.
In 2023, we raised an incredible €15,000.
In 2024, you helped us raise over €12,000.
Thank you — your support means the world to us.
This year, we will be supporting two causes:
St. Teresa’s Ward, Beaumont Hospital
Where Conor received exceptional care throughout his illness.
Bone Marrow for Leukaemia Trust (BMLT)
A vital organisation that provides support to patients and families undergoing stem cell transplants at St. James’s Hospital, home to Ireland’s National Allogeneic Transplant Centre.
Conor was due to undergo a stem cell transplant himself, but sadly, due to a series of setbacks, it never took place. Supporting BMLT is our way of honouring the hope he held onto, and helping others in similar situations.

With heartfelt gratitude,
Conor's Family & Friends
