about my younger brother Christopher It is with broken hearts that we share the devastating news that Christopher Gunn, a beloved son, younger brother, partner, father, and friend, passed away on Saturday 10TH May 2025 at just 21 years old after bravely battling a brain tumour.
Christopher was the youngest in his family, a cherished little brother to his two big sisters, Dawn and Jessica, who adored and protected him from the very beginning. He was a loving, gentle soul with a big heart and a sharp sense of humour. His life, though far too short, was filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
He was a proud partner to his beautiful girlfriend (22), and a devoted father to their sweet two-year-old child. He was also excited to become a dad again, as they are expecting their second child — a future he was deeply looking forward to.
Christopher worked at Rangers Football Club, which was more than a job — it was a dream come true. He was a passionate Rangers fan, and also loved boxing, watching fights with his mates, and getting competitive (and very funny!) when playing on his PlayStation. His quick wit and playful spirit made him the kind of person people just wanted to be around.
He also had a soft side, especially for his favourite pet greyhound, Ollie, who was always by his side. Ollie was more than a pet — he was Christopher’s loyal companion and best pal.
Christopher’s sudden passing has left a deep hole in our lives — and especially in the lives of his young family, who now face the unimaginable task of moving forward without him.
We’re raising funds to help support:
• His partner and children through this difficult time
• Funeral and memorial costs
• Day-to-day living expenses as they adjust to life without their loving dad and partner
If you’re able to contribute, no matter how small, it will make a difference. And if you can’t donate, please consider sharing this page to help spread the word.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for showing love and support during this heartbreaking time.
