Me and my friend Amelie are raising money in aid of Motor Neurone Disease association, i’m running the Tonbridge half marathon on October 1st and Amelie is running the Tonbridge 10k. Every donation will go towards the association and no donation is too small.
My dad was diagnosed with MND in October; he passed this august 2023. He was a father of 4 boys and a grandfather of 2 girls and a boy. He had countless people who called him a mate, and was loved by just about everyone I know. - Tom
Toms dad was like a father figure to me having lost my own dad in 2013. Losing a parent is one of the most unimaginable pains someone can experience. For those of you who know me know I'm definitely not a runner but this is only a small feat compared to what those living with motor neurone disease have to face. - Amelie
Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
