Alex was my best friend, and her loss has left a deep void in the lives of everyone who knew her. After a courageous five-year battle with ocular melanoma, a rare and aggressive cancer, Alex passed away with dignity, surrounded by love and comfort. She is survived by her devoted husband, Anthony, and their bright 7-year-old son, Hudson. The family is now facing the heavy burden of medical bills and the challenge of moving forward without her. Alex was a special education teacher who dedicated her life to reaching and inspiring young minds. She had a gift for connecting with children and making each one feel seen and valued.
