In Memory of a Hero: Help Us Continue His Mission

With heavy hearts, we share the devastating news of a fallen hero—Benjamin Nana, my beloved younger brother and a 30-year-old soldier who gave his life protecting others during a tragic terrorist attack.

Benjamin was more than a soldier—he was a protector, a brother, a friend. Alongside his unit, he dedicated himself to rescuing innocent women and children from danger, often putting his own life at risk to shield others. In one extraordinary act of courage, he carried a wounded teammate for 8 kilometers on his back until help arrived—an act that perfectly captured his selfless spirit and unwavering bravery.

Now, Benjamin and many of his brave teammates have been taken from us far too soon. As we mourn this heartbreaking loss, we are launching this GoFundMe to support the families left behind—those who lost husbands, sons, brothers, and fathers in this senseless act of violence.
