Our beloved friend and colleague, Scott Crawford, passed away February 6 after battling colon cancer for three years. For us that have followed him and his family on this difficult journey, it is heart breaking and the world will never be the same.
Those of us who had the good fortune to work with him remember a fantastic engineer in terms of knowledge, analytical ability, logical thinking, and at the same time creative in problem solving. We are most grateful for his relentless desire to teach to make us better engineers, unselfishly sharing his knowledge, and generously making time to help when any of us needed it. In addition to all these qualities, we will warmly remember Scott for his humanity, warmth, capacity for empathy, and his great stories.
He made a difference for the many people he touched throughout his life and career. He will be deeply missed.
We created this fund to help support the education of Scott’s children,
Duncan (8), Hugh (11) and Courtney (14). Thank you for your support.
All proceeds will go towards his children’s educational fund to help support the next generation of super engineers or any other career path of their choice.
