Zachary Rupert Ince- whose arrival impacted more hearts in two days than many achieve in far longer lifetimes. Our dear friends and colleagues Grace and Jon’s most precious and adored baby boy, passed away on the 10th February 2026 having been cared for within the wards where his incredible mummy and daddy both work.

Zachary’s story has been felt far and wide. For colleagues and friends who witness life and death everyday, a stark reminder that the world can be so very unfair and unjust to people who deserve it least.

Grace and Jon, though we can not lessen your suffering and pain- we hope to help alleviate some of the financial burden you may now face. Just know every single pound comes adorned with love and the hope of one less thing to worry about in your grief for Zachary.
