It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of Ozzia "Zia" Harvey's passing. Zia was a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a cousin, a teacher, and a friend. She was well loved by those around her and always brought light to every room she stepped in. We have created a GoFundMe to raise money for her funeral expenses.
