Con profunda tristeza compartimos el inesperado fallecimiento de nuestro querido Tio y mi Padrino, Oscar, a quien le diagnosticaron cáncer del pulmón en Mayo. Su enfermedad progresó tan rápido que no tuvo tiempo de poner en orden sus finanzas.

Mi tío Oscar fue un padre soltero y dedicado que dedico con todo su amor a la crianza de sus tres hijos: Yoel (19), Camila (15) y Emily (11).

Sin seguro de vida, sus hijos ahora tienen la responsabilidad de cubrir los gastos funerarios y de encontrar la manera de mantener el hogar familiar, el hogar que su Papa, mi Tio Oscar, se esforzó tanto por construir.

It is with deep sadness that we share the unexpected passing of our beloved Uncle and my Godfather, Oscar, who was diagnosed with lung cancer in May. His illness progressed so quickly that he didn’t have time to get his financial affairs in order.

My uncle Oscar was a devoted single father who poured all his love into raising his three children: Yoel (19), Camila (15), and Emily (11).

Without life insurance, his kids are now left with the responsibility of covering funeral expenses and figuring out how to keep the family home - the home their Dad, my Uncle, worked so hard to provide.
