Supporting Cathy Truong’s Children – In Loving Memory

On August 17th, 2025, our beloved Cathy Truong passed away due to health complications. She was just 38 years old. Cathy was our daughter, sister, and mother—and her passing has left a deep void in our hearts, especially for her two beautiful children: Charlene (15) and Kaine (21).

Cathy was born on September 16th, 1986, and was the only sister I had. She faced many challenges in life, including periods of depression and personal struggles that weighed heavily on her. Despite everything, she gave life to two amazing kids who were her greatest joy. Sadly, her body could no longer carry the pain she endured, and she left this world far too soon.

While our family—my parents, my younger brother, and I—are covering all funeral expenses, we are asking for support to help Charlene and Kaine as they navigate life without their mother. This fundraiser is not just about financial assistance—it’s about giving them stability, hope, and the opportunity to thrive in the face of unimaginable loss.

Charlene is still in school, and Kaine is just beginning adulthood. They are now growing up without the guidance, love, and support of their mum. We want to do everything we can to help them build a future that Cathy would have wanted for them—one filled with care, opportunity, and love.

Cathy didn’t get to enjoy life as much as she deserved, but she will always be remembered for her strength, her love for her children, and the bond we all shared with her. As her older brother, I tried my best to help her whenever I could, and I only wish I could have done more. She will forever be in our hearts.

Any contribution, no matter how small, will go directly toward supporting Charlene and Kaine—whether it’s for education, living expenses, or simply helping them feel secure during this difficult time.
