It is with a saddened heart and deepest condolences, to say the Starr Barnes a loving wife & mother of four passed away. She was always a bright star that lived in the moment of where ever she had chosen to be. She loved life, her spouse and her 4 children. All the details are unknown about her passing but we want to show her family love and support in this time of need. Due to the Japanese flying restrictions her family stateside will not be able to here physically for her family. However,  she has a village of people who knew her in Okinawa and wants to show support. Please give what you can. All proceeds will go to her family.
