In loving memory of Sarah-Jane

Hi, my name's Katrina, With the agreement of Sarah-Janes Family, I have setup this go fund me page for someone that will forever hold a place in my heart.

Sarah Jane Wheeler, is my cousin on my dad's side. Sadly at the age of just 44, in the early hours of 23rd of February Sarah Jane had fallen asleep forever.

She has left behind her husband Adam, Her daughter's Diamond and Shannon, her twin boys Alfie and Adam who are just 9 years old, her two step daughters and her granddaughter. As you can imagine nothing could have prepared anyone for this happening.

We are wanting to raise as much as possible to help Adam and the children manage this awful time and make things a little easier.
