In loving memory of Ryan & support for Kaylee
Donation protected
On May 15th, our family, our community, and our world lost one of the most special and genuine human beings. Ryan Cannan – a single mother, daughter, sister, and friend left us unexpectedly. Ryan leaves behind a fearless 19-year-old daughter, Kaylee, who will carry on her legacy while simultaneously creating her own. To know Ryan was to know her relentless work ethic, utter selflessness, and heart of gold. Despite enduring the squeeze, she did what any single mother does for her family: provided. Kaylee and Ryan were an inseparable team, and neither of them could have imagined this heart-wrenching event.
On that fateful morning at 10:30am, Kaylee woke up like it was a normal day, going to get something to drink from the kitchen when she found her mom lying unresponsive on the floor. In a state of sheer panic and heartbreak, Kaylee held her mom, crying out for her to wake up and immediately called 911. Guided by operators over the phone, Kaylee tirelessly performed CPR resuscitation until help arrived. The first responders administered emergency treatment for over 30 minutes until the paramedics pronounced her time of death.
At the inexperienced age of 19, Kaylee is just learning how to stand on her own two feet as a young adult while putting herself through college full-time. The sudden loss of her mother has created an unexpected financial burden for Kaylee, requiring her to cover both living expenses and memorial costs without warning or parental support.
The Cannan family is raising funds to cover memorial expenses and to support Kaylee during this incredibly difficult transition period. Any contribution would be deeply appreciated and will help carry forward Ryan's legacy of selflessness and devotion.
Peace & Love, and may you fly high forever, Ry.
