In loving memory of Pabi (Pabitra Biswas)

Dear Friends,

It is with great sadness we let our friends know that our dearest Pabitra Biswas known as "Pabi" has left for his heavenly abode on 17th Dec 2022 late night and entered eternal rest. With invincible spirit and great immense willpower, our friend fought a losing battle with a Brain Tumour (Glioblastoma) since July 2020. He was being treated at John Radcliffe (JR) Hospital in Oxford. During this time we all know that he fought with great smile and strength continuing to support his family (Didcot) and also his colleagues at work (Harwell) by publishing scientific articles. The world has lost an incredible human being, scientist, friend, loving husband and father to his adorable twins.

Many of our friends and well-wishers of Pabi have reached out to support his family in this difficult time. So, we have created this GoFundMe to allow anyone to be able to contribute as a matter of immense love and respect. Thank you in advance for any donations made, no matter how small the value, it will be of help to his family (his wife Aparna and the adorable twins). The funds collected will directly be deposited in Aparna's Account.
