In Loving Memory of Lowell King

On August 30th, 2025, our family and so many others, experienced an unimaginable loss — Lowell King, my stepfather, passed away unexpectedly. He was a quiet strength and source of joy and laughter to many.

His passing has left a hole in many hearts, and also a heavy weight on my mom’s shoulders. With the suddenness of his death, she is facing an overwhelming amount of expenses — from cremation costs to medical bills — all while my mom now faces the reality of managing everything on her own financially.

This GoFundMe is to help ease some of that burden for Robin. She’s not someone who would ever ask for help, but right now, she truly needs it. Anything you’re able to give — no matter the amount — would go directly toward laying Lowell to rest per his wills’ wishes and helping my mom stay afloat during this heartbreaking transition. If you’re unable to donate, simply sharing this page would also mean so much.

Many have asked- and there are plans for a memorial for Lowell which will be early November- to celebrate not only his life but his birthday with those he loved. We will be sure to share those details on his Facebook to ensure all those he touched with his life are able to celebrate it.
