With heavy hearts, we share the unexpected passing of Jonathan Smith, a bold and loving man who left an unforgettable mark on everyone he met. Jon was a proud Naval veteran known for his sharp mind, fearless spirit, and boundless love that defined him as a husband, father, and friend.

Jon and Elisa’s love story began in Afghanistan and grew into a lifelong partnership, celebrated by their marriage in 2012. Together, they built a beautiful life and recently welcomed their two youngest children, Harper (2) and William (6 months)—a dream come true for their family.

This sudden loss has left Elisa and their children facing unimaginable challenges. As a community, we hope to come together to provide support and ease some of the financial burdens during this difficult time.
