Hi, my name is Toni McMillen, daughter of Jesse and Shelley McMillen.

On June 27th, 2025, our family experienced a heartbreaking and unexpected loss - my father, Jesse McMillen, passed away. He and my mom were together for 37 years, truly inseparable. They built a beautiful life side by side, including running a successful floor-laying business they poured their hearts into.

If you knew my dad, you knew how proud he was of his work, and was even more proud of the work my mom did beside him. He would constantly send us photos of her finished floors, bragging, “Look at this floor your mom did!” Their business wasn’t just a livelihood: it was something they built together, one job at a time.

Now, as my mom faces life without him for the first time in nearly four decades, she is also faced with the financial weight of funeral expenses and the reality of being unable to work while she grieves.

We’re starting this GoFundMe to help ease that burden. All donations will go directly toward covering funeral costs and helping my mom navigate this incredibly difficult time.
