Our family is going through something no parent should ever have to experience. I am creating this GoFundMe for my sister, who lost her 15-year-old son, Jacari, after an unthinkable tragedy.

On November 30, 2025, my 15-year-old nephew, Jacari, was shot inside his own home when someone fired multiple rounds into the house. He was inside his safe place, where he should have been protected.

He was rushed to Riverside Hospital and fought for his life for two days. On December 2, 2025, he passed away. Our family is shattered.

Jacari was gentle, funny, and caring. He loved gaming and music, and he always tried to make others smile. His brothers and sisters are devastated. Their home no longer feels safe.

I created this GoFundMe to help my sister and her children with the sudden and overwhelming costs of:

Funeral and burial services

Medical and hospital bills

Home repairs and safety improvements

Counseling and support for his siblings

Immediate living expenses and time away from work
