Hello, my name is Joy,

I’ve started this fundraiser to support the family of a beloved member of staff from Good Hope Hospital. Recently, while on a long-awaited holiday in Tenerife, Daren went into cardiac arrest. Sadly, despite the hospital’s best efforts, Daren passed away last week.

We can only imagine how difficult this Christmas will be for Daren’s family: instead of joy and togetherness, they face pain and sorrow.

All funds raised via this GoFundMe will help pay for Daren's funeral and relieve substantial financial pressures that his family are under. Your kindness will mean the world to them, and to all of us who cared deeply for him.
