On June 8, 2025, our beloved Thomas “Coach Tom” Salas passed away suddenly. He was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, mentor, and coach—but to so many in our San Antonio community, he was simply Coach Tom. He dedicated decades to youth football, helping shape not just athletes, but men of character, resilience, and heart.

Many of you have reached out and asked how you can support us. Several of our family members and our Dad’s close friends have already given generously, and we’re deeply grateful. That support has helped more than words can say—but we are still facing a wave of uncertainty with medical bills, monthly expenses, and debt.
