In Loving Memory of Amy: Support for Brad and Skylar
Donation protected
Dear family and friends,
On Friday, October 11th our dear friend Amy Linscott suffered a sudden brain aneurysm. Since the event, Amy has remained on life support surrounded by family.
It is with a heavy heart that we share with you the passing of Amy Linscott, today October 16th. She was the love of Brad’s life and amazing mother to Skylar and Sadie. Our hearts are broken, and we stand firm in the knowledge that we will one day be with Amy and Sadie in Heaven through our faith in Jesus Christ.
In a final act of kindness, Amy chose to be an organ donor. Her selfless act of kindness went on to save 4 lives through Sharing Hope SC. Because of her generous spirit, she will continue to make a difference in the lives of others.
We understand that this loss will deeply affect Brad and Skylar, and your presence in their life is invaluable. Together, we will continue to provide the love and care they need as he navigates through this difficult time. Your support is a testament to the enduring bonds that connect us all.
Please know that any funds not used for immediate expenses will be thoughtfully allocated toward creating a lasting memory for Skylar and supporting her future.
Thank you for being a part of our journey, for your unwavering support, and for the love you have already shown to our family. Your kindness has been a source of strength during this painful time, and we will forever cherish the memories we have of Amy.
We ask for prayers for strength and comfort during this tragic time. As Christians, we take comfort in our faith and do not grieve as those who do not have hope.
On behalf of Brad, Skylar, and the entire Linscott/ Mahoney family, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts and will keep you informed about a celebration of life as plans are finalized.
Psalm 34:18 “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.”
