In Loving Memory of Abram

Dear family and friends,

It is with deep devastation that we must let you know of our great loss. Our dear, beloved Abram Serda Galindo passed away suddenly on Sunday, September 4, 2022. We are still in shock. We want to share a little about this great love of ours. Abram met our sister, Nuha Serda, when he was newly twenty-one and she was eighteen. They fell in love immediately and that love story continues until today. Abram swore to himself that he would dedicate his life to her and their eventual family, and we stood witness to his commitment. His siblings and parents did too.

My beautiful sister was lucky to have met him. She was lucky to have loved him and to have had and still have Abram’s love in return.

We have never known a more patient, selfless, determined, dedicated, protective husband and father. He was a superhero to his children. In our own way, I know that we admired him and worked to be a little more like him. He never ever put himself first. He approached life artfully and scientifically simultaneously. He was better than all of us. Merely knowing Abram made each of us better.

His sudden death has left his family in agony. Abram’s immediate family is Nuha and their three young children ages ranging from eight to thirteen. They are the fruits of a marriage lasting nearly 20 years and a partnership of over 28 and half years. It is for these reasons that we ask that if you can, please help us to offset some of the costs connected to the funeral.

Whether you can donate or not, we ask that you share any photos or memories of Abram with us because there is no such thing as too much or too many. We miss him dearly and hope that you will pray for him and his family. We could never have enough prayer and love.

We have not yet organized funeral and memorial service details. We will update this page once the children have had time to process and are ready to attend services. Please consider donating if you can do so. We are so very grateful for every donation during this difficult time.
