In Love and Support of Sharonda Bentley-Garbutt

Dear family, friends, and compassionate hearts, we are saddened to announce the loss of our dear Sharonda Bentley-Garbutt.

A Queen, Mother, Wife, daughter, sister, cousin, and friend who showed an unmatched level of care and compassion to her loved ones; especially, her children to whom she dedicated her entire life to their well-being and happiness.

Words can not express how much we will miss her infectious laugh, jokes, cooking, kindness, strength, and fun-loving energy. She was an amazing, nurturing, creative, and beautiful woman. Her innate gift of the aforementioned traits is what captivated everyone she encountered. These words will never be enough to express the person she was to many.

Sharonda was taken home to be with the Lord on January 2, 2024, but her legacy of love and sacrifice lives on through her four wonderful children, Delric Jr. (20), Amara (15), Amina (13), and Ammon (12). We are reaching out to family, friends, and beyond for financial support for the children she has left behind.

We are certain by the grace of God her children will do very well because of the faith Sharonda has instilled in them. We also know that financial support for her young children will be extremely beneficial to ensure the future she wished for them.

As a community, let's rally together to ensure a stable and secure future for her young ones during these difficult times and beyond. Your generous donations will cover essential needs, educational and extracurricular expenses, and help create a foundation for the bright future Sharonda envisioned for them.

We would like to express that although financial support is needed, let’s keep in mind emotional support is crucial as well. Let’s continue to reach out to her children as they learn to navigate this world without their mom as their backbone and true form of strength. As Sharonda would lend an ear or make a phone call randomly to check in, let’s not forget her children who need that village.

Thank you for being a source of strength and comfort during these heartbreaking times. Together, we can make a difference and give Sharonda’s children the support they need to thrive.
