Immigrant Connection in Northeast Minneapolis

Help us provide high-quality, low-cost immigration legal services in the northeast Minneapolis area!

In the U.S. we pride ourselves in being the land of opportunity (and sometimes refuge) for our neighbors from other countries. But our immigration system can be difficult to navigate. As helpful (and necessary) as immigration lawyers are, they cost thousands of dollars--more than most immigrant families can afford. Compound this with the fact that there are many scammers who are happy to take money, but provide no services.

For eight years, Immigrant Connection has been helping immigrant families navigate the turbulent waters of our immigration system. Local clinics are trained and certified by the Department of Justice and provide help, typically at about one-tenth of the cost of an immigration lawyer.

Your donation helps us open an Immigrant Connection branch in Northeast Minneapolis! After the training and certification process, we are hoping to begin service starting in the fall or winter of 2023!
