I never thought I would have to type these words again, but we found out today that our warrior has relapsed. We are at Texas children’s again and Alex’s leukemia has returned. Please pray for us and keep us in your thoughts. This is a horrific time for us. Alex will start chemo treatments again as soon as tomorrow. Once he achieves remission, he will be sent to the bone marrow transplant floor. There he will receive his brothers cells in an attempt to rid him of this disease once and for all. I’m not sure what the future holds for Opal and I ( as far as income/ jobs) but as you know this is an extremely heavy financial burden. I will be once again setting up a go fund me page to assist with immediate expenses and bills. Please keep Cody in your prayers as well ... due to current global viruses, he is not allowed to see his brother or enter the hospital. There are no visitors allowed at all for the foreseeable future.
