I'm work for free 7 days a week

I work for free 7 days a week litter picking in my town. I don't receive anything from the council. I cannot get a job anywhere as my narcolepsy and paralyzed arm prevent anyone giving me a chance so I do this. I don't EXPECT anybody to donate but if you do, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
