Im Visiting Every City In The UK In 12 Months!

Cohen's Great British City Challenge: Anxiety Edition!

Hey there, I'm Cohen, 28, and after years of treating anxiety like my clingy best friend, I've decided it's time for a major breakup.

My radical new plan?

To visit every single city in the UK in 12 months! Because what better way to tackle a fear of travel and busy places than to immerse yourself in all of them, right?

For ages, the idea of a car journey or a bustling crowd was my personal horror movie.

Now, I'm swapping my comfy anxiety blanket for a backpack and a sense of adventure.

This journey isn't just about seeing sights; it's about showing that even when your brain tells you 'no,' your spirit can scream 'YES, and also, where's the next train station?!'

I'm hitting the road for Mind, a charity incredibly close to my heart.

They're all about making sure everyone has someone to talk to when mental health struggles hit. Because honestly, if I can brave the unknown, then we can all help make sure no one feels like they're facing their battles solo.

My goal for 2025 is simple (ish): conquer all 76 UK cities, document every step (and misstep) in 76 YouTube videos, and raise as much as humanly possible for Mind.

Even a small donation of £5 would mean the world and help me prove that anything is possible, especially when fueled by a good cause (and probably a lot of coffee).

Ready to join me on this slightly madcap mission?

Your contribution to Mind (NAMH) will make a real difference, helping them provide vital advice and support. Thanks a million for being a part of this!
