Ty Hafan Children's Hospice provides support and community to children with life-shortening conditions and their families in Wales.

As some of you know, my beautiful nephew was born with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a degenerative muscle-wasting disease. Over the years, my family has experienced firsthand the power of Ty Hafan’s incredible work. I will forever be grateful for all they do.
