This year, I’m taking on the Great North Run in support of Dementia Uk

Dementia has had an impact on my family, and sadly, I lost my nan to this condition. Seeing how dementia changes the lives of those who live with it, and those who love them. I want to run in her memory and help support other families going through the same.

Running is something I’m also passionate about and doing the great north run has always been a personal goal of mine.

Any contribution will be greatly appreciated and will help those struggling with dementia.
