Dear Friends and Family,
I’m excited to share that I’ll be running the Chicago Half Marathon on September 28th! This race is more than just a personal challenge — it’s deeply meaningful to me.
In November of 2024, I was diagnosed with Lyme disease after being sick for 6 months. It has been a life-changing journey. Since then, I’ve learned how underdiagnosed and misunderstood this illness can be, and how many people struggle to get the help they need.
That’s why I’m running to raise awareness and funds for the Illinois Lyme Association, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting those affected by Lyme and tick-borne diseases. They provide education, advocacy, and vital resources — and they need our help to continue that work.
If you’d like to support my run and this important cause, you can donate here. Every contribution makes a difference, and your support means the world to me.
Thank you for cheering me on — in this race and in my recovery.
With gratitude,
