I'm Running 100k in 21 days in June

Hi all, in June I'm Running 100km in 21 days for Torrent Buddies and IncredABLE. This is my opportunity to give something back to two great organisations.   Torrent Buddies is our local Down Syndrome support group which has supported our Rory since he was a baby. IncredABLE is a voluntary organisation and social enterprise creating opportunities for IncredABLE people with a learning/intellectual disability and/or autism throughout the Southern Health & Social Care Trust Area.  IncredABLE
