Dear friends

On the 23 December I am going to do a sponsored silence to raise money for Sied Egryn in Llanegryn.

My dad, Robin White had the idea for a community shed some years ago and in 2018 it was built by the community to provide a fantastic resource for the locality.

The importance of community has never been stronger and the Sied is a place for people to come together, share ideas, be creative, make and mend things learn practical skills and get to know one another.

We are now building an extension to the Sied and although we have had amazing support from Mantell Gwynedd we need to raise more for the final touches for lighting and flooring. Around 1000 volunteer hours have gone into creating this fantastic space that is open to everyone.

For this if you who know me you'll know that a sponsored silence is a big deal for me and will be a huge challenge!
