IL Fornaio employee relief fund

As many are aware due to recent events surrounding COVID-19 Corte Madera's own restaurant IL Fornaio  has been closed since March 15, 2020. Since then over 20 employees have been left with out pay .  We want to reach out to the community and see how we can help these families ease the financial burden.  We would like to start by helping those employees who are not receiving any type of financial assistance by  giving them $500. While we know this is not a livable amount it is enough to help families have enough food on the table for the next few weeks.  Como muchos saben debido a los eventos del COVID-19 le restaurante IL Fornaio ha estado cerrado desde el día 15 de marzo de 2020. Desde este día más de 20 empleados se han quedado sin trabajo y pago. Queremos ayudarle a las familias con asistencia financiaría con el apoyo de la comunidad. Para empezar darles $500 ha cada familia, sabemos que no es suficiente. Pero es una ayuda para que puedan tener comida en casa durante este tiempo.
