1. Mein Name ist Luise und ich bin Mutter von zwei kleinen Kindern (geboren März 2021 und Oktober 2023). Anfang 2025 musste ich aus großer Angst vor meinem gewalttätigen Ex-Partner und Vater meiner Kinder aus Frankreich nach Deutschland fliehen – mit meinen Kindern, um uns alle in Sicherheit zu bringen.

Die Gewalt, die ich erlebt habe, war erschreckend und nachhaltig – und auch meine Kinder waren betroffen. Jetzt droht genau das, wovor ich geflohen bin: Mein Ex-Partner versucht, meine Kinder nach Frankreich zurückzubringen. Hinter meinem Rücken hat er sich in Frankreich das alleinige Sorgerecht gesichert. Würden die Kinder zurückgehen, hätten sie nur noch seine Rechte, ohne dass ich Einfluss hätte – bis ein französisches Gericht möglicherweise anders entscheidet.

Ich kämpfe also an zwei Fronten:

In Deutschland gegen das Verfahren nach dem Haager Kindesentführungsübereinkommen, um die Rückführung meiner Kinder zu verhindern.

In Frankreich gegen das Sorgerechtsurteil, das mir alle Rechte an meinen Kindern entzieht.

Die Verfahren sind teuer und komplex: Für Deutschland werden mindestens 20.000 Euro fällig, für Frankreich vermutlich um die 15.000 Euro. Als alleinerziehende Mutter ohne finanzielle Mittel stoße ich hier an meine Grenzen.

Deshalb wende ich mich an euch: Jede Spende hilft uns, meine Kinder zu schützen und ihnen eine sichere Zukunft zu ermöglichen. Egal wie klein der Beitrag – er gibt uns Hoffnung und zeigt uns, dass wir nicht allein sind.

Wenn die Verfahren abgeschlossen sind und Spenden übrigbleiben, werde ich diese an Organisationen weitergeben, die Frauen und Kinder in Gewaltlagen unterstützen. Dies werde ich selbstverständlich transparent für alle Spender gestalten.

2. My name is Luise and I am the mother of two small children (born in March 2021 and October 2023). At the beginning of 2025, I had to flee from France to Germany out of great fear of my violent ex-partner and the father of my children – with my children, in order to bring us all to safety.

The violence I experienced was shocking and long-lasting – and my children were affected as well. Now exactly what I fled from is threatening us: my ex-partner is trying to bring my children back to France. Behind my back, he obtained sole custody in France. If the children were to return, he would have all the rights, while I would have no say at all – until a French court might eventually decide otherwise.

So I am fighting on two fronts:

In Germany, against the proceedings under the Hague Convention on International Child Abduction, to prevent the return of my children.

In France, against the custody judgment that deprives me of all rights over my children.

The proceedings are expensive and complex: in Germany, at least €20,000 are required, and in France probably around €15,000. As a single mother without financial means, I am reaching my limits.

That is why I am turning to you: every donation helps us to protect my children and give them a safe future. No matter how small the contribution – it gives us hope and shows us that we are not alone.

If the proceedings are concluded and donations remain, I will pass them on to organizations that support women and children affected by violence. I will of course make this transparent to all donors.

3. Benim adım Luise ve iki küçük çocuğum var (Mart 2021 ve Ekim 2023 doğumlu). 2025’in başında, şiddetli eski partnerim ve çocuklarımın babasından büyük korku duyduğum için, çocuklarımla birlikte Fransa’dan Almanya’ya kaçmak zorunda kaldım – hepimizin güvenliği için.

Yaşadığım şiddet hem korkunç hem de kalıcıydı; çocuklarım da bundan etkilendi. Şimdi tam da kaçtığım durumla karşı karşıyayız: Eski partnerim çocuklarımı Fransa’ya geri götürmeye çalışıyor. Arkamdan, Fransa’da tek velayet hakkını kendine aldı. Eğer çocuklar geri giderse, onlar sadece onun haklarına sahip olacak ve benim herhangi bir etkimiz olmayacak – bir Fransız mahkemesi aksi karar verene kadar.

Bu nedenle iki cephede mücadele ediyorum:

Almanya’da, Çocuk Kaçırma Sözleşmesi (Lahey) kapsamında çocuklarımın geri gönderilmesini önlemek için.

Fransa’da, bana çocuklarım üzerindeki tüm haklarımı kaybettiren velayet kararına karşı.

Bu süreçler hem maliyetli hem de karmaşık: Almanya için en az 20.000 Euro, Fransa için tahminen 15.000 Euro gerekiyor. Maddi imkânları olmayan bir tek ebeveyn olarak, sınırlarımı zorluyorum.

Bu yüzden sizden yardım istiyorum: Her bağış, çocuklarımı korumamı ve onlara güvenli bir gelecek sunmamı sağlıyor. Bağış ne kadar küçük olursa olsun, bize umut veriyor ve yalnız olmadığımızı gösteriyor.

Süreçler tamamlandığında ve bağışlar artarsa, bu parayı şiddet altındaki kadınları ve çocukları destekleyen kuruluşlara aktaracağım. Bunu tüm bağışçılara şeffaf bir şekilde bildireceğim.

4. Je m’appelle Luise et je suis la mère de deux petits enfants (nés en mars 2021 et en octobre 2023). Début 2025, j’ai dû fuir de la France vers l’Allemagne, par grande peur de mon ex-partenaire violent et père de mes enfants – avec mes enfants, pour nous mettre tous en sécurité.

La violence que j’ai subie était choquante et durable – et mes enfants en ont également été touchés. Aujourd’hui, nous sommes menacés exactement par ce dont j’ai fui : mon ex-partenaire essaie de ramener mes enfants en France. Dans mon dos, il a obtenu en France la garde exclusive. Si les enfants retournaient là-bas, il aurait tous les droits, sans que je puisse intervenir – jusqu’à ce qu’un tribunal français décide peut-être autrement.

Je me bats donc sur deux fronts :

En Allemagne, contre la procédure engagée au titre de la Convention de La Haye sur l’enlèvement international d’enfants, afin d’empêcher le retour de mes enfants.

En France, contre le jugement de garde qui me retire tous mes droits parentaux.

Les procédures sont coûteuses et complexes : en Allemagne, elles nécessitent au moins 20 000 €, et en France probablement autour de 15 000 €. En tant que mère célibataire sans ressources financières, j’atteins ici mes limites.

C’est pourquoi je fais appel à vous : chaque don nous aide à protéger mes enfants et à leur offrir un avenir sûr. Peu importe le montant – il nous donne de l’espoir et nous montre que nous ne sommes pas seuls.

Si, à la fin des procédures, des dons restent disponibles, je les transmettrai à des organisations qui soutiennent les femmes et les enfants victimes de violences. Je le ferai bien sûr de manière transparente pour tous les donateurs.
