On Saturday, Aug 16th, 2025, Pedro Hernandez was detained at LAX as he was returning home from a visit to El Salvador, despite being a resident green card holder.

A week later, he was taken into ICE custody, where he currently remains.

Pedro is a loving husband, father, and grandfather, loved by his family and by his community.
