Myself (Ian Lloyd Anderson) and John (Shelley) will be taking to the streets of Dublin on the 27th of October to run the Dublin Marathon. We are hoping to raise a few bob for LauraLynn. LauraLynn provide personalised services to children with palliative care needs, complex care needs and complex disabilities, while also providing family support services and a home to residents where quality-of-life is paramount.

I read recently , about the experience of a couple whose child spent time at LauraLynn. It was incredibly sad but also, somehow, happy and uplifting.

"When you’re caring for a child with a life-limiting condition, you don’t always think to stop and have fun. But LauraLynn showed us how to celebrate each moment. How to make memories to last a lifetime".

This feels important and necessary and just really decent.
