Iain and Scott’s Kilimanjaro Challenge

Me and Scott as part of my birthday celebrations and an amazing opportunity are raising money for charity. The charity is Digdeep.org which is to raise money for children to have access to clean water and access to education. As our commitment we are being challenged to take on a mammoth challenge. Me and Scott are going to be climbing the worlds tallest standalone mountain, Africas tallest mountain and number four of the 7 summits, Mount Kilimanjaro. Standing tall at 5895 meters tall or 19340 feet. It is a 6 day hiking trek and is really going to challenge us both.

We have joined the gym to start our training in November and have our programmes in place. We are aiming to raise £6000 which will part fund the expedition.
