I wish I knew what I know now before I attempted. Those words have stayed with me as a quiet ache and a powerful motivator. I am starting this fundraiser to turn that regret into something that saves lives. By sharing my story and supporting the work of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, I want to honor what I learned and make sure others get the help, education, and resources they need before it is too late.

AFSP funds critical research, educates communities, advocates for stronger mental health policies, and supports survivors of suicide loss.
