Hello , I'm Samer from the Al-Wadiya family. I am 20 years old, living in the Gaza Strip, and studying law at university. Since the beginning of the genocide in Gaza, our lives have been turned completely upside down, and we have been stripped of even the most basic human rights.

We have lost everything our only source of income, our future. Even the car that used to transport us was crushed mercilessly by army tanks. Our home was severely damaged, forcing us to flee, and even my university – the place where I was pursuing my dream – was not spared from the bombing.

We live in northern Gaza, and we’ve been displaced more than seven times. I lived in a tent with my family for five months in Rafah, then we moved to Al-Nuseirat Camp. After the army allowed us to return, we went back to the north, despite the war still raging around us.

We are living under fire – surrounded by hunger, fear, bombing, destruction, and death. It’s everywhere. We did nothing to deserve this. There is no mercy for us.

Despite everything we’ve gone through, I refused to give in to despair. During the war, I volunteered to help displaced families and children. I worked in child support and entertainment activities, and I distributed food and clean water to those in need. I tried to be a small ray of hope in an endless darkness.

But to now...

I live without purpose. My life has been stolen. There’s no education, no job, no future – not even a way to secure daily food. I launched this campaign not out of pity, but out of a deep belief in the right to live.

I need your support to provide the bare minimum for my family’s daily survival and to raise the amount needed to escape the hell of Gaza, seeking a place where we can live with dignity – a simple dream that has become nearly impossible in a land under siege.

Do you believe that my family and I don’t deserve a safe and stable life?

Do I not deserve the chance to continue my studies and achieve my dream of becoming a lawyer who defends justice?

Don’t we deserve to live like any other human being – with access to food, medicine, shelter, and education?
