My name is Pouyeh and I am in the process of creating my own company— a platform and community for embodied practices, somatic work, healing and conscious gathering.

Those who know me know that I have been trying to find my place in the world since graduating as a construction engineer. I’ve spent years searching, trying, and not fitting into the paths I thought I was “supposed” to take. I have really really tried.

But I am now choosing something different.

I am choosing to follow what has always been calling me underneath it all.

When I kept asking myself “What is my gift to the world?” the answer that came was simple:

to bring people together.

SOMA, the company i am creating is the beginning of me finally honouring that answer.

My values:

Less separation. More Integration

Less filtering .More authentic expression.

Less competition. More community.

And right now, I am at a very real beginning.

I am working day and night and I believe this is the step I need to take to build the future I want.

To bring this vision into physical form, I am planning our first Soma gathering: Soma Origins, an evening where facilitators, healers, practitioners and curious souls come together under one roof to connect, share and co-create something meaningful and Soma will start officially.

The estimated cost to make this possible is around 30,000 SEK, where a large part is simply the space itself (around 23,000 SEK), along with basic production costs and very simple catering for creating a safe and beautiful gathering.

Asking for support in this way feels very vulnerable but also truly transformative in the way I interact in life. Learning that I don’t have to do everything by myself.
