I Just want to see my children!

Firstly, thank you for even stopping by, the fact you’re even thinking about helping is wonderful!

If you are here, you probably know what I’ve been through these last 14 months since my separation from “she who must not be named”!

All I ever wanted to do since our separation is to see my children on a regular basis and this has been denied constantly, against the children’s wishes. This has caused them psychological harm and I have been upset beyond belief.

I have 5 children, 3 grown up and 2 x little ones and I have ALWAYS loved and been there for my children (and 3 step daughters). I love them all deeply.

I left our family home with nothing. I have started again at aged 56 and it has been so hard. I’ve paid in excess of £20,000 in legal fees (solicitor, barrister & court fees) and I have nothing left!

This hopefully comes to a conclusion in family court on September 11th (of all dates!!) and I am struggling.

I’m not used to asking for help but I simply cannot fall at this final hurdle. My barrister had agreed to represent me on a “pro-bono” basis due to her belief in my unjust treatment and my overwhelming evidence but unfortunately has to take a paid case at the same time.

I am happy to talk in detail about what I’ve been through and the continuous struggle just to see my children but there is only so much I can say here.

Please help with whatever you can. I have had some incredible help in many other matters (accommodation, housewares, etc) from friends over this past year and have been incredibly humbled as a result.
